Step 1. Message Us on WhatsApp or Instagram
Please contact us at least two days before your preferred date.

We operate a private studio with a single room, so same-day appointments are rarely available.
Step 2. Send Your Preferred Date and Main Concern
Please send us:
- Your preferred date and time
- The number of guests
- Your main concern
- Where you’re staying in Seoul
Choose the closest main concern:
- Skin condition
- Facial contour
- Bodywork, abdomen, back, lower body, or full body

Step 3. Review the Service, Price, and Possible Methods
Your session may include hands-on work, heat, or a device. The amount of hands-on work is not fixed before the consultation.
If you prefer hands-only bodywork or do not want a device, please tell us before paying the deposit. We will let you know whether that option is available for the service you requested.
Step 4. Pay the Deposit to Confirm Your Appointment
A deposit of KRW 30,000 is required to hold your appointment. The deposit is deducted from your final payment.
English-speaking guests can pay the deposit through PayPal.
Free cancellation is available until 24 hours before your appointment. After that time, the deposit is non-refundable.
What to Tell Us Before Your Visit
Please tell us in advance if you:

- Have allergies
- Had a dermatology procedure within the last four weeks
- Have a condition that may affect your session
Spoken English is limited. We use a translation app and a written consultation form in English, Chinese, and Japanese.

Can I book MECCROM Seongsu without speaking Korean?
Yes. Send your request in English. Spoken English is limited, so the studio uses a translation app and a written consultation form in English, Chinese, and Japanese.
Can I book a same-day appointment?
Same-day appointments are rarely available because MECCROM Seongsu has one private room. Contact the studio at least two days before your preferred date when possible.
Is the deposit part of the service price?
Yes. The KRW 30,000 deposit is deducted from your final payment. It is non-refundable when you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment.
