Healing Care
Healing care is a commercial label used for services that emphasize rest and comfort. It is not a standard medical or esthetic technique, and its contents vary widely.
A variable program name
Massage, skin care, aromatherapy, and relaxation programs may all use the name healing care. The treatment area, products, devices, and service steps provide more information than the label itself.

Therapy and aromatherapy
Therapy can mean medical treatment, but beauty businesses also use it as a softer word for care. Aromatherapy specifically involves essential oils. A healing care program does not necessarily include aromatherapy.
Comfort and medical claims
Feeling rested or comfortable is a personal experience. Healing care should not be described as treating stress disorders, regulating the autonomic nervous system, or guaranteeing better sleep or recovery from fatigue.
